The Buzz Conference finished up yesterday in Washington, D.C., featuring our founder and president Brad Abare sharing his message “Return to Sender.” Audio versions of Brad’s talk are available from Buzz host National Community Church.
Blogger and Buzz attendee Travis Johnson commented, “Mad props to Brad Abare for some seriously cool linear steps to conceptual positioning. … Brad was a stud.” You just can’t make up that kind of endorsement. Check out the full vicarious recap over at Church Marketing Sucks.
Buzz organizer Mark Batterson offered a $40 discount to CMS readers and at least 25 took advantage of the offer, saving a total of $1,000. Now you can’t say we’ve never done anything for you.

Our very own Brad Abare just added to his already packed speaking schedule with an appearance at the “Harnessing Technology for Ministry” forum at the upcoming Foursquare Convention in Washington, D.C., from May 29-June 1.
The tech forum will cover existing and emerging technologies for use in the church. Potential ministry applications for blogs, social-networking, wikis, instant-messaging, podcasting, video streaming and digitial libraries will be covered, as well as whatever new technology breaks out, soars and fizzles before the forum.
